A conversation on human brain clearance

Thijs van Osch was invited to contribute to a Q&A article in Nature Communications. Together with Laura Lewis, Geir Ringstad, and Vesa Kviniemi, he discusses what we mean by 'brain clearance' and 'glymphatics', why these processes are important for understanding dementia and other neurological diseases, and how we can measure them in humans. The article also focuses on the current limitations and what needs to be done to advance the field.
